Alright, let?s go back to summer 2008. I was playing ultimate frisbee with some friends, when a good chum of mine popped a recording of The Ladies into a CD player. It was exactly what I wanted to hear just then – and what I repeatedly played for the remainder of those warm months. I had forgotten all about their 2006 album They Mean Us, until I was scouring through my itunes trying to find something to introduce to dailybeatz.
