2011 NHL Draft Results: Mark Scheifele Remains a Project Despite Potential

2011 NHL Draft Will See Teams Taking Long Look at Mark Scheifele

The 2011 NHL Draft gives hockey fans a glimpse into the future of what their favorite teams will look like. While many of these names may not be recognizable and may take a few years to develop and face a tough road through the minors, the most successful NHL franchises get built through the draft.

Mark Scheifele from Canada, is a bit of a project currently, but possess all the tools to be a major impact guy in the NHL.

Mark Scheifele has size standing at 6-3 and weighing in at a solid 200 pounds. His awareness on the offensive side of the puck is impressive but he isn't the fastest skater and despite his size lacks the strength to really contend in faceoff situations.

This kid does have a lot of potential and will be a great addition to an NHL club.
