Dallas Cowboys: Roger Staubach and the Five Biggest Proponents of Tony Romo

If Tony Romo has nothing else in life, he has his share of enemies.

If he passes for over 4,000 yards, the Cowboys are too pass-happy, and if he throws over 30 touchdown passes and has double0digit interceptions then he’s making too many mistakes.

Danged if he does and danged if he doesn’t, right?

Well, maybe my man’s luck is starting to change. Last week, former Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach came to his defense, saying that Romo is a Super Bowl quarterback.

It’s pretty hard to disagree with him if you look at Romo’s stats. Tony has won almost half of the games that he’s started, he’s completed over 64 percent of his passes, and he has a career passer rating of 95.

If we’re to judge players based off of statistics, then Romo is one the best quarterbacks in the National Football League, straight up.

Okay, don’t believe me then? Fine, maybe you’ll believe these cats.

Here are five of Romo’s biggest supporters.
