2011 NFL Mock Draft: 31. Pittsburgh Steelers: Danny Watkins, OL, Baylor

2011 NFL Draft: Will Danny Watkins be a Pittsburgh Steeler in 2011?

The Pittsburgh Steelers are one of, if not the most stacked team in the NFL on both sides of the ball. This team has a dominant defense and a steady offense.

But on the offensive end, the Steelers are looking to add some depth to that line. One guy who could be available at this point and would make a nice fit with the Steelers, would be Baylor offensive guard, Danny Watkins.

Watkins make sense with his ability to offer an upgrade on the interior of this offensive line.

Steve Wyche of NFL.com has Pittsburgh going with Watkins here as well, according to his latest NFL Mock Draft.

"A look through Pittsburgh's roster, and you'll find one constant thread: toughness. Watkins fits the mold, and he can play tackle or guard, although he's best suited inside."

The former Baylor star is an offensive line prospect who has improved his standing with a solid pre-draft showing.

Pittsburgh also has a need at the cornerback position, but with Brandon Harris already off the board at this point, I see Steeler Nation welcoming Watkins to Pittsburgh.
