Colorado?s super-sophomore Alec Burks is a one of a kind scorer with raw talent for days. The 6-foot-6 shooting guard has ?alpha-dog? characteristics and wants the ball in his hands with the game on the line.
Burks led the Big 12 in scoring with 20.5 points last season, and with his large frame, was able to rip down 6.5 boards per game as well.
In an interview with HoopsWorld.com, Burks gave his pitch to NBA teams considering him in the draft:
"A lot of versatility, a scorer, competitive and just do anything my team needs me to do to win," Burks said, referring to what he will bring to the team who drafts him.
If you?re team's looking for a shooting guard with good size and ability in the clutch, Alec Burks is an excellent pick.
