Yes, it was day of days for America's favorite reality show, as the roster was announced on Monday night. Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward was one of three athletes that made the cut, and he will get a chance to compete against Kendra Wilkinson, who is of course married to fellow NFL receiver Hank Baskett (although you can be excused if you didn't notice).
As for Karina Smirnoff, she too is what we call a "WAG" in the business, as she is engaged to Detroit Tigers pitcher Brad Penny. To boot, she just so happens to have made a name for herself on DWTS as one of the professional dance partners. However, we don't yet know for sure if she will be making her ninth appearance when the rosters for the pros are announced tomorrow.
