New Texans defensive coordinator Wade Phillips has a history of building quality 3-4 defenses around pass-rushing monsters like DeMarcus Ware, who are capable of shifting seamlessly between outside linebacker and defensive end.
At #11, North Carolina's Robert Quinn fits the bill perfectly. Though Quinn missed the 2010 season due to suspension, he still stands as one of the more talented defensive prospects in the entire draft, with guru Mike Mayock deeming him as quite possibly the best edge-rusher available.
