WWE News: When Will Mistico Debut on WWE Programming?

Mistico is Signed, Sealed and Delivered, But When Can We Expect to See Him on WWE TV?

After the WWE announced the signing of Mistico, or Sin Cara in WWE, yesterday, the first question on my mind was, "OK, so when's this guy going to make his debut?"

The answer: soon.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the current plan is to bring Sin Cara straight to the main roster rather than send him down to FCW because the company spent a lot of money (and time) on signing him and wants to get a return on their investment as soon as possible.

Good call.

Not only because I want to see Sin Cara in a WWE ring soon, but because sending him down to developmental could be deja vu all over again.

For those that don't remember, a story surfaced a weeks back about Alberto Del Rio nearly quitting the WWE because he had been stuck in FCW for so long.

So you know that company officials are thinking that the best way to avoid a similar situation going down with Sin Cara is to send him straight to the main roster.

After all, he's already a household name in Mexico and among the IWC, so it makes a ton of sense to put him on the main roster sooner rather than later.

Because if WWE officials decide to let him stagnate in developmental like they did with Del Rio, then it could be tough to mend the fences between Sin Cara and the WWE.
